Verve Place in Warrington offers accommodation within a safe environment for 16 to 25 year olds who are homeless, have a housing problem or are currently living in insecure accommodation or an unsafe environment.

It consists of 38 self contained flats, including 2 flats suitable for a wheelchair user. All flats are equiped with private bathroom and kitchen together with essential items such as beds, wardrobes, electric cookers, fridges, freezers, etc.
Other facilities available are a IT Suite, Residents Lounge, Laundry Room and Training Room.
We provide housing with support and it is our aim to help residents to gain the skills and confidence to make the transition to independence.
We aim to do this by offering:
• Accommodation
• Individual tailored support plans
• Training and Employment Opportunities
• General Support
If you want to be considered for a place at Verve Place you need to fall into all three of the following groups:
- You must be aged between 16 and 25

You must want to attend training, a life skills course or find employment

You must have a housing problem or be living in unsecure accommodation
